BADIA VANILLA EXTRACT 2 OZ

Excellent quality, to be used in the preparation of desserts and pastries that require vanilla. The vanilla pod is the fruit of a climbing orchid that grows wild in the forests of Central America. Even before the arrival of the Spanish conquistadors at the end of the 15th century, it was used by the Aztecs to flavor chocolate.

BADIA VANILLA ESSENCE is derived from the original vanilla pod and just a few drops can add a magnificent flavor to ice cream, cookies, cakes, liqueurs, fruit compotes and custards.

Vanilla Extract blends with Allspice, Almond Extract, Anise Extract, Cloves, Ginger, Lemon Extract, Nutmeg, Poppy Seed and and Sesame Seed.

Vanilla Extract is good for desserts, and is traditional in Mexican, Caribbean, Latin American and Mediterranean cuisines.
